Use only on suitable garments, fabrics and surfaces. Always check garment care labels before using steam, heat, suction or cleaning attachments. Some delicate fabrics, coatings, prints, trims, leather, suede or heat sensitive materials may not be suitable.

Keep the product away from children unless supervised by a responsible adult. Do not leave the product unattended while powered on, heating, steaming, charging or cooling down.

Take care around steam, heat, hot water, heated surfaces and moving parts. Allow the product to cool before cleaning, storing, refilling, emptying or changing attachments.

Stop using the product immediately if you notice unusual heat, smell, smoke, water leakage, electrical issues, damage, unusual noise or any unexpected malfunction.

The 60 Day Try It At Home Guarantee is a goodwill policy offered by Aerion in addition to statutory rights. It does not limit or replace any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Customers must contact us before returning an item. The return address is different from our registered company address and will be provided after your return request is approved.

Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service and must include the order details inside the package.

We may provide you with access to third party tools that we do not monitor and over which we have no control or input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without endorsement.
