I have tried 4 or 5 different styles and brands of steamers before this one and none of them have worked half as well at removing wrinkles as this one. It heats up very quickly and the vacuum suction creates the perfect amount of tension to allow the steam to effectively smooth out any wrinkles or creases. This model would be ideal for steaming drapes/curtains without having to take them down. As a bonus, the vacuum action leaves clothes much drier than traditional steamers do. I love how well it works!
I have two minor things that I think could be improved on but neither is significant enough to take this product down from 5 stars in my mind. First, the capacity of the water reservoir is very small. It holds enough to steam one garment before it needs to be refilled. However, it heats up almost instantly, so having to refill it between garments is a minor inconvenience at most. Second, it’s a little heavy. I’m sure this is because of the added vacuum feature, but I can steam about 3 items before my hand gets tired. Again though, I wouldn’t trade the vacuum feature for a lighter weight.
I got it because I hate dragging out the whole ironing board just for one or two shirts. I actually made a video to go with this review showing the first two pieces I ever tried it on, so you can be the judge for yourself. The first was a damp dress shirt that came out ready to wear, and the next was a completely dry shirt. I'll admit, I've gotten much quicker and do an even better job now that I have the hang of it, but the video shows you how it performs right out of the box. A huge plus for me is that the clothes aren't hot like they are after using an iron, so you can wear them immediately. That's exactly how I use it and another reason it works so well for my needs.
Ich bin ja ehrlich gesagt nie ein großer Fan vom Bügeln gewesen. Es kostet Zeit, Nerven und irgendwie wird es bei mir nie so richtig glatt. Aber der Neakasa Magic 1 hat das wirklich verändert!
Als ich das Gerät das erste Mal ausprobiert habe, war ich total überrascht, wie einfach das ging. Man muss nur einmal drüberfahren und die Falten sind tatsächlich fast wie von selbst verschwunden. Besonders an den Nähten, wo ich sonst immer mehrmals drübergehen musste, macht der Neakasa alles in einem Zug glatt. Das spart enorm viel Zeit, vor allem morgens, wenn es schnell gehen muss.
Was mir auch gut gefällt: Die Kleidung ist direkt trocken und kann sofort angezogen werden. Keine nassen Stellen oder Wasserflecken, wie ich das von meinem alten Dampfbügeleisen kenne. Und das Gerät ist wirklich schnell einsatzbereit – nach knapp einer halben Minute kann ich loslegen.
Die zwei Modi sind super praktisch. Ich habe viele empfindliche Blusen, aber auch dickere Stoffe wie Jeans von meinem Mann. Einfach den richtigen Modus einstellen und schon passt alles. Und ich muss mir keine Sorgen machen, dass ich versehentlich etwas verbrenne – die Temperatur wird ständig überwacht.
Der Wassertank reicht bei mir locker für ein paar Hemden und lässt sich ganz einfach auffüllen. Außerdem ist das Gerät sehr handlich und leicht – auch wenn ich mal viel bügle, wird mir der Arm nicht schwer. Ich könnte mir sogar vorstellen, ihn auf Reisen mitzunehmen.
Alles in allem bin ich mehr als zufrieden. Endlich ein Bügelgerät, das wirklich für den Alltag gemacht ist. Klare Kaufempfehlung für alle, die wie ich keine Lust mehr auf mühsames Bügeln haben!

This is Amazing! Works faster and almost as good as an iron! I would have given it 5 stars if the cord was longer and the water reservoir was larger. I have to refill it after every garment and I had to add an extension to the cord. It would be great if they made a larger one. But it starts up fast and holds the fabric for a quick easy press! Says it best if you use distilled water….but really works like in the video. I also waited till it went on sale.. I wouldn’t pay $99 but I got it on sale for $49
